Job Description : PCS LONDON UK FOR WHITE GOODS One of the top brands is looking for an Indian or Asian PCS to increase sales volumes in the UK and Europe for its brand of consumer electronics of kitchen appliances, home entertainment and security systems Based out of London, company ready to pay GBP 180,000 + allowances for housing, transport and education with visa being sponsored by family Role covers UK and Europe so English is mandatory, any additional European language a bonus - The position shall be responsible for driving the overall business of the Region including CRC and Partner Channel (FDO & FBP) Business. The Position shall ensure profitability and achieve set business objectives not limiting to budgets (target), manpower (staffing), training, nurturing and development of leaders. - This position shall also be responsible to develop marketing & sales strategy, analyze market trends, study and counter competition activities, open new business partners to scale up business as per market potential in unrepresented markets, build appropriate relationships with customers / traders and institutions and manage large teams. Scope: As a Profit Centre Head (PCH) - Direct Sales shall deliver the business turnover of all business channel (CRC & Partner Channel) in line with the AOP/Budget and KRAs for the Financial Year. Key Responsibilities include: - Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual / half yearly / quarterly sales plans for the Region/ State; projecting the expected sales volume/Value and profit for existing and new products. - Responsible to achieve the set targets / budgets for CRC & Partner Channel business. - Open New Partners to scale up the Partner channel business in potential and unrepresented markets - Ensure New Partner Opening Application, New Partnership Agreement and JBPs are signed by the Partners in line with the market potential and opportunity - Ensure all the employees, Associates, Consultants and Partners working with us operate within their designated territories in compliance with the Policy, Process and SOP to work in harmony with all the channels and verticals of EFL. - Ensure all the employees, Associates, Consultants and Partners adhere and in compliance with the Code of Ethics and Conduct (CoEC) policy of the Company and initiate disciplinary action as per Policy should there be a violation. - Ensure employees and Partners meet the performance benchmark/JBP consistently and should there be a continuous non-performance, take necessary corrective actions as per policy. - Ensure review of employee and Partner performance through Review Dashboards and initiate performance corrections through structured feedback, action plans and designated leader support. - Analyze current market and identify areas where our product needs to be stabilized / strengthened - Design sales programs through field activities, roadshows, and camps - Maintain good product mix to ensure higher productivity and Turnover for the regions' profitability - Responsible to ensure the on-roll vs module (budgeted manpower) maintained at 90% throughout the year - Track the BTL/Digital leads and ensure conversion as per set standards - Track and monitor field coach/visits of leaders/managers and personally ensure minimum 10 field coach every month (Cycle) - Ensure the outstanding receivables from Customers and Partners including unit outstanding, CDA's and Sales returns are maintained within the permissible standards across the region - Identify training needs of the leaders and organize necessary training based on their developmental needs. - Ensure all managers / leaders - conduct / involved in minimum of 4 trainings per cycle - Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure closure of all complaints in coordination with service vertical - Track and monitor inoperative employees and address their concerns on time. - Responsible to ensure all recoveries of units / order forms, money, and all receivables from absconding/inoperative employees - Ensure leaders discipline, attendance and field involvement to coach, support and improve productivity of their teams. - Track, monitor and engage high performing employees, Associates, Consultants and Partners, Club qualifiers and High potential leaders to ensure high motivation and their retention. - Maintain/update professional and technical knowledge by attending internal and external workshops, Seminars and Webinars. Accountabilities & Performance Measures: - Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives for the Region in all the Business channels of Direct Sales - Accountable for the on-time implementation of organizational processes and ensuring team adherence to the standards set by the organization - Responsible for staffing, supervision, and training - Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting and ensure teams report through various process and media (manual, SAP and App related) for organization's effectiveness. - Functionally and administratively manages all sales staff of the Region for Direct Sales Person Specification: - The Person Specification focuses on the knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications required to undertake the role effectively. Qualification & Work experience: - MBA / equivalent - Minimum of 25 years in Sales / Business Development - Minimum of 7 years in direct sales or allied environment - Minimum of 5 years leading a team size of 750 plus - Competencies / Skills - Candidate to have a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Must be able to identify new sales and marketing opportunities and act upon - Sound understanding of the recruitment, market, handling Business Partners and Customers, training, cost management, P&L, etc - Excellent communication skills - Strong negotiation and influencing skills - Operational knowledge of MS office application and knowledge of SAP /ERP is added advantage - Good - Presentation, Team building & Organizing skills - Unique working condition - As this role will necessitate travel on a regular basis (min. of 12 days in a month), the PCH should be ready to travel as per business requirement. - Level & Compensation: Level - M5 (General Manager)
