Job Description : PROJECT DIRECTOR BELGIUM Role is open to International candidates Manage the overall project schedule, coordinating multidisciplinary teams (engineering, construction, machinery installation, IT, and legal) to align construction phases, compliance, and industrial processes. Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and environmental standards, supervise progress, and implement corrective actions to minimize risks, delays, and costs. Oversee budget control, reporting on timelines, expenditures, and regulatory compliance to stakeholders. Industrial Implementation and Process Optimization: Supervise the construction of industrial facilities and the acquisition, installation, and commissioning of machinery, ensuring alignment with safety and operational objectives. Collaborate with experts to optimize production processes, deploy industrial systems, and ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations. Support recruitment and training initiatives to build skilled teams for project execution. The key qualifications required for the role of Freelance Senior Project Director: Technical Competences: Extensive experience managing industrial projects, including building construction and industrial setups. Strong understanding of environmental regulations, safety standards, and permitting processes. Interpersonal and Managerial Competences: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and negotiate with external stakeholders. Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk and project management.
