Would you like to lead an independent and highly specialized corporate unit with full P&L responsibility and create growth? Our client, a globally positioned group with around 2,000 employees in over 20 countries, is looking for a personality who will expand market share in a global environment. Make the difference with technical and business know-how and be a role model for the existing workforce of around 60 people. This position offers the entire spectrum of operational and strategic company management, combined with a global and strong brand. The location is in the greater Hildesheim area, around 30 kilometers from Hanover. In addition, there are first-class development opportunities within the group. With full P&L responsibility, you make decisions regarding strategic direction and personnel management You are responsible for operations, engineering, product management, procurement and marketing Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and employee development are the focus In collaboration with your sales team, you enable growth in a tight and global market environment You report directly to the Group CEO Completed studies in the field of engineering & technology as well as further training in business administration are desirable Initial experience in responsibility for a production site in a small to medium-sized environment Several years of professional experience in an international context and in individual production are desirable Willingness to travel globally to support sales activities Fluent language skills in German and English
