Finance Director

Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR FRANFURT GERMANY Role is open to International candidates renowned, internationally active company in the manufacture of electrical appliances in Frankfurt am Main, is looking for an experienced and strategically thinking manager to head the finance department. a completed degree (business administration, industrial engineering or similar) with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable qualification? several years of management experience in accounting & controlling in an international environment? in-depth knowledge of HGB, US-GAAP and (sales) tax law? fluent in German and English? a strong organizational talent and are a real team player? assume overall responsibility for finance? Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (US-GAAP & HGB), be responsible for forecasts and planning? conduct meaningful financial analyses and derive recommendations for action? further develop controlling and ensure SOX compliance? act as a sparring partner for management in all financial matters? Be a contact person for tax consultants and auditors?
