Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER FRANCE Role is open to International candidates The position is based near Melun. You will work for a manufacturer in the pharmaceutical sector. Main missions: Supervise production workshops with 20 operators Verify that operations are carried out in accordance with procedures and batch records Enforce safety instructions and GMPs Contribute to the drafting of procedures concerning its workshops Check that equipment monitoring is carried out according to procedures Monitor the interventions of maintenance technicians in its workshops Propose process developments as part of the continuous improvement process and contribute to their implementation Participate in monitoring operational performance and in the animation of indicators Propose process developments as part of the continuous improvement process and contribute to their implementation (Safety-Quality-Productivity) Lead teams and ensure that staff are aware of and follow procedures Check the quality recordings made by the operators Assess the training needs of your team and contribute to the deployment of training and awareness-raising Profile : Profile and experience: Graduate of a higher education such as an engineer, with 15+ years of experience in a similar position and a solid technical background. Continuous improvement skills: Mastery of tools such as TPM, lean manufacturing and problem solving. Leadership and team spirit: A natural leader, you combine dynamism, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to unite teams. Autonomy and creativity: Rigorous and autonomous in project management, you are visionary, curious, and open to innovations. Operational management: Versatile field manager, capable of supervising teams while intervening on operational matters if necessary.
