Job Description : ACCOUNTING HEAD FRANKFURT, GERMANY Role is open to International candidates his responsible role you will: Team leadership & development: Leading, motivating and organizing the financial accounting team. Financial planning: helping to shape the company’s financial future. Preparation of financial statements: Independent and timely preparation (HGB, IFRS, StB). Audit management: Main contact for business and financial audits. External communication: Professional contact with banks, insurers, authorities. International cooperation: Close coordination with management, parent and subsidiary companies. Decision support: Providing analysis and recommendations to management. Process monitoring: Monitoring of payment transactions and data provision. Operational collaboration: Supporting the team in asset, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting. What you should bring with you: Business studies or comparable: Solid business training. Several years of management experience: in accounting, bookkeeping and controlling. Comprehensive financial knowledge: Confidence in relevant laws and regulations. Entrepreneurial thinking: strategic, solution-oriented, hands-on. Fluent English: Confident communication in speech and writing. IT affinity: Confident use of ERP (especially SAP), MS Office. Leadership & communication skills: Motivating, convincing, able to work in a team.
