Plant Manager

Job Description : Plant Manager, ideally with a proven track record in overseeing greenfield and brownfield projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, having successfully managed teams and plant operations in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environments. With expertise in project management, the candidate will have experience in leading large-scale industrial projects from inception through to implementation, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence throughout. They will demonstrate a deep understanding of plant operations, including production efficiency, quality control, maintenance, and cost optimization, while continuously driving process improvements and sustainability initiatives. A strong focus on fostering a high-performance culture and working within diverse, cross-cultural teams is essential. The successful candidate will hold a degree in Chemical engineering, industrial management, or a related field, with certifications in project management or lean manufacturing being a plus. Experience working within a multinational organization and managing plant expansions or upgrades will be key to ensuring the role’s success.
