Job Description : Plant Manager - Industrial Gases Business Unit Location - Nigeria Level - Leadership Our Client is a leading multinational business group with operations spanning plastics, packaging, beverages, biscuits, logistics, and industrial gases in Africa is on the lookout for a dynamic Plant Manager to lead its Industrial Gases Business Unit. This is a high-impact role designed to drive growth and operational excellence, ensuring the business delivers exceptional ROI aligned with the group’s strategic objectives. ? Education - Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred). ? Experience - 15+ years in the industry, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role managing Industrial Gases Units. Proven expertise in Air Separation Units (ASUs), gas mixing, and calibration. ? Regional Expertise - Experience in the African/Nigerian market is a significant advantage. ???? Key Responsibilities: Operations Leadership: Take full ownership of operations and maintenance across the Industrial Gases Business Unit. ?Production Management: Oversee advanced production facilities ?Medical Oxygen Production: Spearhead production and hospital distribution systems for medical oxygen. ?Strategic Growth: Execute ambitious expansion plans to double the business within 3 years. ?Equipment Oversight: Manage critical equipment operations, including Ingersoll Rand Air Compressors.
