Project Delivery Head

Job Description : PROJECT DELIVERY HEAD GHANA The Project Delivery Head role will be responsible to oversee that system integration is efficiently achieved for various turnkey projects in Ghana, which include: Planning and executing On-time local level delivery, installation, commissioning and AMC of: Vocational training equipment (tools & machinery)to various sites for 26 trades ICT equipment to various sites Furniture and fittings to various sites Transport vehicles to various sites Dealing with freight and forwarding agents, local transport companies, create a local installation, commissioning and AMC setup for the above. Plan and execute with the client/s Coordination with various internal and external stakeholders for curriculum and content development and deployment at various locations Identification in consultation with HO stakeholders the various MIS packages as per requirements. Plan and implement installation, commissioning and training for the same at multiple client locations. Create a local teacher training mechanism capable of training large number of participants. Identification and engagement of master trainers (local and from out of the country) and planning and implementing the training schedules. Coordination with internal and external stake holders. Create processes and documentation for the above which could be used in similar projects elsewhere. Qualification Postgraduate / Graduate in any discipline from a reputed college/ University Preferably in Education or Technology or Project Management. Experience Minimum 15 years of experience in managing Turnkey Projects Delivery/CRM involving multi- locations and vast logistics. Knowledge – Project Management Skills Good Oral and Written Communication skill in English Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills. Developing and tracking budgets. Traits - Team Player, Chaos management & Time Management.
