Collaborate with group leaders to unlock synergies in innovation and talent. What We’re Looking For: 25+ years of experience, including 5+ years as a CEO . Experience in Engineering / Manufacturing sector, handled P&Ls, Strong Sales background, International BD, Manufacturing Operations Engineer ( MUST ) + MBA preferred Expertise in technology-driven engineering businesses and global market expansion. Proven success in driving organic and inorganic growth strategies. Entrepreneurial leadership with a focus on ethics and sustainability.
