Job Description : Industrial Engineer (IE) – Operation Bulletin & Thread Consumption Location : Ajman, U.A.E Experience: 8+Years Note : Familiarity with the textile industry and specific thread consumption practices. Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing software. Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer (IE) to focus on creating, updating, and maintaining Operation Bulletins and optimizing Thread Consumption in the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will use their expertise in process analysis, resource optimization, and production efficiency to ensure accurate operation documentation and sustainable thread usage. This role is critical for improving productivity, minimizing waste, and ensuring cost efficiency in the production line. Key Responsibilities: Operation Bulletin Creation & Maintenance: Process Improvement & Efficiency: Data Analysis & Reporting: Data Analysis & Reporting: Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 8+years in industrial engineering or manufacturing operations, preferably with exposure to thread consumption analysis, operation documentation, or textile manufacturing processes. Technical Skills: Proficiency in operation bulletin creation, data analysis, and process optimization techniques. Experience with CAD software or similar tools to document production processes. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other efficiency improvement methodologies is a plus. Strong analytical skills and experience in using Excel or similar tools for data tracking and reporting
