Job Description : Proposal Manager (Electrical) Location: D R Congo, Central Africa Experience Required: BE/B.Tech – Electrical with 10-15 years in Transmission Line Projects Key Responsibilities: Lead the proposal development process for transmission line projects, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and project management to gather necessary information and inputs. Analyze client requirements and develop tailored proposals that meet their needs and expectations. Prepare detailed cost estimates, project schedules, and technical documentation. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, standards, and best practices. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Provide support during contract negotiations and project handovers
