Contracts Director

Job Description : CONTRACTS DIRECTOR (REAL ESTATE) · Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. · Certification in Contracts Management or related disciplines (e.g., RICS, PMP, or CIArb). · Experience in international projects, bringing global best practices to local contexts. · Minimum 15 years of experience in contracts management, with at least 5 years in a senior role managing large-scale real estate, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects in Qatar or the GCC. · Extensive knowledge of FIDIC contracts and other internationally recognized contract standards. · Proven ability to manage high-value contracts, including EPC agreements, leasing contracts, and consultancy agreements, JV agreements, in complex, multi-phase projects. In-depth understanding of Qatari laws and regulations, especially those related to construction, real estate, and off-plan sales. · Strong track record in dispute resolution, claims management, and arbitration. · Open to hire outside Qatar, locally available candidate is preferred
