Production Head

Job Description : Production Process Head / Manager - Indonesia Qualification: B. Sc. / B. Tech. in Oil Technology / Chemical Engineering / Industrial Chemistry or Equivalent. Fluent in English Language. Good Sound Experience – 10 to 15 Yrs. as Production Head / Manager in Physical Refining and Post Refining for both Palmatic, Lauric and CNO Products and Dry Fractionation Process Plant for different IV’s in Olein, Palm Mid Fraction (PMF), Stearin, Palmatic Fractionation and RBDPKO Oleic Fractionation. Key Performance Indicators, expected from Candidate – He shall be able to Utilize the Plant efficiently in order to reach the desired Plant Capacity with Quality and Stability, Yields and Losses. He shall be cost conscience to Control and Improve the Processing Cost, Chemical Consumption and Utility Consumption. Specialist in controlling Oil Losses during Refining Process, Quality and Stability of the Product, Purity of the Product, Recovery from Fractionation Plant etc. Good knowledge and experiences in getting good quality of Specialty Fats Products. Good knowledge and experiences of troubleshooting in Refinery and Fractionation Plants.
