Job Description : Service & Spares Manager Location- Lagos, Nigeria Reporting to- Business Head Experience required- 10 Yrs to 20 years Industry Preference- 2 & 3 Wheelers, Automobile Ind Budget- Fixed Per Month Saving Salary in USD + N 2,10,000 local salary + maid etc. Other Benefits: Bachelor Frunished accommodation with car and driver. Key Responsibilities: o Oversee service center operations for 2 & 3 wheelers, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery. o Develop and implement service policies, procedures, and standards. o Monitor service performance and resolve customer issues promptly. o Manage inventory of spare parts to ensure availability and minimize stockouts. o Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement and replenishment of spare parts. o Optimize inventory levels and reduce excess holding costs. o Lead, train, and mentor service staff to enhance their technical and customer service skills. o Set performance goals and evaluate team members regularly. o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. o Address escalated customer complaints and ensure quick resolution. o Drive service revenue through upselling and cross-selling of services and spare parts. o Monitor budgets and implement cost-control measures. o Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. o Develop strategies to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction. o Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards. o Prepare and present regular reports on service and spares performance to senior management.
