Job Description : FMCG PLANT HEAD NIGERIA Workforce management, P&L, Audit, Safety compliance, Liaison & Coordination and Team Management Strategizing the implementation of quality pillars such as Six Sigma, Lean Management and so on; driving efforts for augmenting machines, equipment and process efficiency Minimizing performance for attaining high productivity with minimum consumption of material & machine Conceptualizing and implementing impressive cost saving techniques and heading significant modifications for accomplishing reduction in expenditures thereby, ensuring adherence to the budgetary norms Liaison & Coordination: working closely with stakeholders while keeping them informed of progress and issues to manage expectations on all requirements and deliverables Ensuring development of factory management team and staff - through performance management, career development, succession planning and coaching, ensuring that this is reflected by other managers within the factory
