Job Description : TRAINING MANAGER- 5 STAR HOTEL. BAHRAIN – BD 14,400 PA Plus expat benefits The candidate must have following basic requirements · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. · Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar position in the hospitality industry, ideally with a background in Marriott Group in ME. · In-depth knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design. · Capable of collaborating effectively with different departments and management levels. The Training Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for all hotel staff. The goal is to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
