Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER DUBAI We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Production Manager to oversee the operations of our Rebar Mill in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel manufacturing, particularly in rebar production, and will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team of skilled workers. Production Management: Oversee the entire production process of the rebar mill, ensuring that production targets are met within the specified timelines and budget. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet industry standards and customer specifications. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of production workers, supervisors, and technicians to achieve optimal performance and productivity. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all production activities comply with health and safety regulations, and promote a culture of safety within the workplace. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure uninterrupted production. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as output, quality, and downtime. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure smooth and coordinated operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a production management role within the steel manufacturing industry, with a focus on rebar production. Strong knowledge of production management principles, quality control, and process improvement techniques. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in using production management software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
