Job Description : SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR INDIA Director- Supply Chain opportunity in Delhi for an experienced, result-driven and seasoned professional having 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Warehouse Operations and Logistics. You will be responsible for leading the complete Supply Chain Function across the country. Employer : The most beloved beverage brand, with presence all over India. Responsibilities: 1- Procurement and Sourcing: -Develop Sourcing strategies for all groceries, disposables, fixed assests while ensuring high quality and low costs across geographies. -Developing and managing vendors (vendor selection, payments, etc) to fuel expansion plans. - Supply and Demand Planning to ensure optimum stocks level. 2- Warehouse and Production Operations: - Devising strategy to optimize Warehousing cost, keeping inventory variance in check and managing warehouse operations across all regions. -Ensuring OTIF% (On-time In-Full) metrics of warehouse. - Ensure Food safety and quality standards are maintained. 3- Logistics: - Manage 3rd party cold logistics for daily deliveries as per schedule. -Optimizing cost of cold logistics as the expansion fuels. -Ensure food safety temperature conditions and other operations while delivering. Requirements: -Bachelors Degree from IIT or PGDM from IIM 18+ years of relevant experience in a growing startup leading their Operations or Supply Chain Function. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills -Strong people management skills
