Key Responsibilities § Lead and inspire the aftersales team to deliver exceptional service aligned with the standards of a premium brand. § Ensure operational efficiency, focusing on workshop productivity, technician performance, and customer retention. § Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous growth. § Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold a seamless customer journey and ensure alignment with the dealership’s strategic objectives.
