Job Description : Tender Manager UAE to join our team for the EPF – DBOOM Project. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, specifically in hashtag#upstream & hashtag#downstream process packages. Expertise in cost estimation, EPC proposals, and managing technical & commercial submissions is key. Responsibilities include: ???? Review and organize tender documents ???? Coordinate with sales, engineering, and vendors ???? Prepare cost summaries and technical clarifications ???? Ensure compliance with tender specs and client requirements Requirements: ?? Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering ?? Experience with oil & gas EPC, process equipment, and vendor negotiations ?? Knowledge of ASME & API codes ?? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
