Planning Manager

Job Description : Planning Manager to lead project planning and control for large-scale construction projects in roads, marine, oil & gas, and real estate sectors. This is for a construction company in Oman. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and update project schedules using Primavera and MS Project. - Conduct delay analysis, claims preparation, and risk mitigation. - Prepare project dashboards with KPIs, progress updates, and root cause analysis. - Ensure alignment of project plans with organizational strategies and contractual requirements. What We’re Looking For: - 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years in delay analysis and claims. - Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, and advanced planning tools. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Experience in the Middle East is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management; PMP certification is a plus.
