Project Manager

Job Description : Project Manager to be based in Gurgaon office. • Engage with senior management teams to define Sourcing strategy, requirements, approach, business benefits, execution timeframes and project resources. • Enforce rigorous and effective project management, development and quality assurance processes and standards • Lead major projects with cross-functional teams to deliver Strategic Sourcing projects across the organization, communicate progress regularly and ensure delivery remains on track and in line with expectations • Work closely with key business stakeholders to meet the business goals by leading and/ or providing support in prioritization, project management, delivery planning • Prepare and present executive summary of project approach/ solution, progress, issues/ risks, results, hindsight, etc. and engage in various project governance meetings Experience • 10 years in business consulting or internal strategic sourcing role • Experience in global business transformation projects with experience in managing international stakeholders • Apparel or supply chain background (preferred) Skills • Project management (PMP certified preferred)
