Senior Contracts Engineer

Job Description : SENIOR CONTRACTS ENGINEER NIGERIA Manage contracts from pre-bid to post-award stage, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Prepare and review tender documents, including bid submissions, letters of intent, and other contractual correspondence. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., project managers) to ensure alignment on contract requirements and expectations. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential issues during the execution phase. Ensure timely submission of deliverables under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Desired Candidate Profile 18-20 years of experience in Contract Management or related field (Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication). B.Tech/B.E. degree in (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation). Strong understanding of EPC/EPcm projects; knowledge of licensing agreements an added advantage. Knowledge of commercial and legal aspects of Mega Contracts > 500 mil USD to 2Bn USD for Oil and Gas based projects, mainly for Petrochemical/ Fertilizer/ Refinery/ GAs Processing Projects.
