Job description –The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the blown film industrial sector, fluency in English, and expertise in Excel and Tally, and a proven ability to handle all factory operations independently, from production to sales, while ensuring efficient overall management of the plant.Key Responsibilities:Production Management: Oversee and optimize production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Operations Oversight: Manage daily operations, including supply chain, inventory, logistics, and maintenance. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of supervisors, engineers, and workers to achieve operational goals.
