Job Description : GROUP GENERAL MANAGER Safari Group TANZANIA Areas of Responsibilities · Full accountability for Group financial performance · Operational oversight of multiple properties in different geographical locations · People & Culture Leadership & Development · Food & Beverage oversight · Systems & Technology Optimisation · Sales & Marketing and operation Synergy Requirements · 3 Year Hospitality Management Degree or Diploma or in a Business-related field, obtained from a reputable institution. (Essential) · 5 years in a similar role at an executive level or 10 years in General Management with an internationally recognized hospitality brand · Experience and knowledge of the logistical challenges associated with remote bush-based properties. · Working knowledge of sales, marketing, and operational integration · Computer literate in hospitality related systems including PMS and DMC systems. · Excellent Leadership, interpersonal, organisational and delegation skills · Ability to conceptualise, implement and complete tasks effectively. · Exceptional critical thinking skills · Stable employment history and contactable references Salary – US$ based salary plus expat benefits (DOE)
