Job Description : Chief Executive Officer (Energy/Construction Sector) • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage; • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a CEO, Senior Executive, or in a leadership role within the energy/construction sector; • Strong experience in project management; • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities; • Proven leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building high-performance teams; and • Demonstrated ability to drive growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
