Job Description : Operation Manager Education - B.tech or Diploma in engineering Major Machine details - Mixing plant, Extruders, Injection Molders, Roto Moldings & ancillary machines Reporting to- Chief Executive Officer Experience required- 10+ Yrs (Must have exp of Handling Plastic Pipe Manufacturing) Leaves- One month Paid Leave after 1 year with tickets. Job Location - Harare, Zimbabwe · Manage daily production planning, ensuring timely execution of tasks. · Oversee injection molding, extrusion, and plastic fabrication processes to ensure quality products. · Develop strategies for cost control, rejection control, and project management to optimize operations efficiency. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. · Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
