Job Description : GLOBAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR TEXAS USA The successful candidate will be responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting, providing accurate and timely reporting of financial statements at the affiliate level and also to external stakeholders. As a Global Business Development Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of our client's organization. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing all areas related to financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivering these crucial insights. You will supervise an accounting and tax team, managing their workload effectively while fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Compliance is key in this role, as you will ensure adherence to both group procedures and local fiscal requirements. Your collaborative nature will shine as you work alongside other finance department managers to achieve overarching departmental goals. Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of all monthly, quarterly and annual financial information. Supervise accounting and tax team; ensuring that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources. Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues. Ensure compliance with group procedures and best practices as well as local fiscal and statutory requirements. Set up and ensure application of internal control rules and procedures at all levels of the company. Collaborate with other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives. As the Global Business Development Leader, your robust accounting and tax background will be instrumental in driving the financial success of our client's organization. Your ability to multitask under pressure, coupled with your excellent supervisory skills, will ensure that deadlines are met consistently. Your strong computational abilities will be put to good use in this role, particularly your proficiency with spreadsheets and ERP systems. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to present complex financial data clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Strong accounting and tax background. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills. Strong computational and spreadsheet skills as well as ERP experience. Strong presentation and communication skills. Languages: English - Foreign language is a plus but not required.
