Job Description : Senior Diversity and Inclusion Manager. LONDON UK The successful candidate will have a background in Professional Services and bring a wealth of experience in managing diversity and inclusion within an international professional services setting. Our client is seeking a Senior Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join their global team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a progressive environment where creativity and pragmatism are valued. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, managing, and implementing the firm's global Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategy. They will also collaborate with senior leadership, partner champions, and Business Service Heads to manage key global D&I projects. As a Senior Diversity and Inclusion Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the firm's approach towards diversity and inclusion. You will be responsible for defining commercial objectives related to D&I, assessing performance against these targets, and managing key projects. Design, manage and implement the firm's global Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategy. Define commercial D&I objectives and appropriate measures to assess the firm's performance against specific D&I targets and KPIs. Collaborate with senior leadership, partner champions, and Business Service Heads to manage key global D&I projects. Oversee the activities and deliverables of each of the firm's six D&I networks. Manage global D&I campaigns. Work with partners and other D&I champions in their roles as chair/co-chairs of internal committees and networks. Liaise with clients and suppliers to promote D&I initiatives. Serve as the main contact for external D&I partners. Handle external and internal communications for the firm on D&I. Prepare reports on the firm's D&I strategy, objectives and performance as required. The ideal candidate for this Senior Diversity and Inclusion Manager position brings a wealth of experience in managing diversity and inclusion within an international professional services setting. You have a proven track record of delivering impactful D&I initiatives and possess a commercial outlook.. At least 15years' previous D&I experience in an international professional services firm. A track record for delivery of impactful D&I initiatives. Commercial outlook. Results-oriented approach. Consultative skills. Excellent communication skills and a flair for delivering presentations and leading meetings. Ability to manage internal and external relationships. Ability to manage remote team members.
