This organisation has a remarkable track record of delivering iconic mixed-use, hospitality, and high-end residential projects. Requirements: -15+ years of procurement experience, with a strong focus on projects and developments. - Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) certification is preferred. - Proven experience working with Tier 1 developers, consultants, or contractors. - Comprehensive knowledge of procurement processes in the real estate and construction sectors. - Excellent leadership and negotiation skills to manage high-value contracts.
