Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: West India Company: 300 - 400 Crore Pharma Group. Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will be responsible for managing the financial actions of the company, including tracking cash flow, financial planning, analysing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses, and proposing corrective actions. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial strategy and planning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Strategy and Planning: * Develop and implement the company's financial strategy. * Lead financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. * Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team. 2. Financial Management: * Oversee the preparation of all financial statements, reports, and forecasts. * Manage cash flow and ensure appropriate treasury management. * Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. 3. Risk Management: * Identify and mitigate financial risks to the company. * Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets. 4. Leadership: * Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team. * Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and accountability. 5. Stakeholder Management: * Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors, regulators, and financial institutions. * Manage investor relations and communications.6. Operational Efficiency: * Optimize the company’s financial performance and strategic position. * Implement best practices for financial management and operations. Qualifications: * Certified Chartered Accountant qualification with Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred). * Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or similar role in a relevant industry. * In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices. * Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. * Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software. * Strong leadership and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
