Act as an IT Business Partner, providing strategic direction and support to the business Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives Manage all aspects of IT operations, including ERP, Service Management, and CRM systems Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services across the organisation Lead projects to improve IT systems and processes Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change Manage IT Policy and Budget What you bring: The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in IT management. You have extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations, with a particular focus on service management. Your ability to develop and implement effective IT strategies has been proven in previous roles. Your excellent problem-solving skills enable you to tackle complex issues with ease, while your strong leadership skills allow you to inspire your team to achieve their best. This role requires a dedicated individual who is ready to take on new challenges and drive change within the organisation. Proven 10 years and above of experience in IT Management Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Operations Experience in Service Management Ability to develop and implement effective IT strategies Excellent problem-solving skills Strong leadership skills Thai and English Fluency
