Internal Audit Director

Job Description : Executive Director of Internal Audit, RIYADH KSA a pivotal role bridging the gap between audit teams and key stakeholders. This role reports directly to the Chief Audit Executive and manages three director-level reports, each responsible for different areas of audit. The audit function will grow significantly in the next year, offering an exciting opportunity to shape and lead the team. As the Executive Director of Internal Audit, your role will be central to ensuring effective communication and alignment between audit teams and key business stakeholders. You will be actively involved in every stage of the audit process, from initial setup and kick-off meetings through to delivering comprehensive feedback on completed audits. Your ability to translate priorities and requirements will be crucial in driving alignment across all parties. * Act as the bridge between the Audit teams and key stakeholders within the business * Translate priorities and requirements of the audit process in both directions to ensure alignment * Be involved in the setup process and kick-off meetings for new audits * Provide support during the ongoing audit process * Facilitate discussions of observations and concerns uncovered during audits * Deliver feedback and reports on completed audits to all stakeholders The ideal candidate for this Executive Director of Internal Audit role will bring a unique blend of audit expertise and broader consulting experience.
