Job Description : CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER DUBAI Chief Product Officer to lead, direct and shape their digital product vision, strategy and road map. This role offers the opportunity to innovate and transform, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, driving innovation, customer satisfaction, and delivering results that meet and exceed shareholder expectations. As a Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for leading the development of the company's digital product vision. You will utilize data-driven insights to guide product development, identify new revenue streams, and ensure products meet customer needs. Your role will also involve establishing revenue targets, overseeing financial planning, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates to the executive team, and leading a team of product managers. This role is based in the Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Develop and implement product vision and strategies aligned with company’s strategic objectives. Utilize data-driven insights to guide product development and potential new revenue streams. Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Establish and achieve revenue targets by ensuring product-market fit. Oversee budgeting, financial planning and resource allocation. Ensure product offerings comply with industry regulations and standards. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with shareholders, clients, partners, and employees. Provide regular updates to the executive team on product, sales and marketing performance. Lead and mentor the product management team. Qualifications & Requirements: Master’s in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field. 15+ years’ experience with at least 5 years in a C-suite role within the technology industry. Strong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics. Proven track record of launching and scaling successful technology products. Strong understanding of technology trends, artificial intelligence and applications. Experience with software development and agile methodologies. Data-driven product management skills. Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
