Job Description : Human Resources & Administration General Manager to lead and oversee all HR and administrative functions for a large scale trading corporation run by an Indian Looking for overseas candidates with preferably Indian wa base salary if GBP 4500PM plus all bachelor expenses paid and cared for ( 3 meals a day, full utility usage at work and lodging, transport, weekly offs and yearly bonus – subject to Management)including lodging, boarding and the right to live and work in the UK. This is a 5 years contract, leave will be annual for 21 days Online interviews mid Feb, final round interviews F2F in Mumbai first week March As a General Manager (Human Resources & Administration), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's large-scale manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's business goals while fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity. Your role will also involve managing all aspects of administrative functions to ensure smooth operations. From overseeing the HR lifecycle to ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws, your work will have a direct impact on the success of the organization. Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and operational needs. Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational growth, workforce planning, and change management initiatives. Oversee the HR lifecycle for a large manufacturing workforce, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention. Implement performance management systems and employee development programs tailored to operational requirements. Manage overall administrative functions, including office management, facilities, and infrastructure. Promote employee engagement through programs that foster collaboration, inclusivity, and high morale. Ensure compliance with local and International labor laws and company policies, including workforce-related regulations. Develop and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs. Oversee HR operations, including payroll, employee data, and HR systems. The ideal candidate for this General Manager (Human Resources & Administration) position brings at least 10 years of progressive HR experience along with strong knowledge of International labour laws. With at least 5 years spent in a leadership role managing large-scale workforces and administrative operations, you are well-versed in HR best practices. Your ability to lead and inspire large teams in a dynamic environment will be key to your success in this role.
