Job Description : Senior Manager for Strategic IT Projects, KUWAIT who will play a pivotal role in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives, particularly in the realm of financial technology. As a Senior Manager for Strategic IT Projects, you will be instrumental in shaping the future direction of our client's technological landscape. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives, particularly those related to financial technology. You will work closely with various business teams, understanding their needs, and developing appropriate technology solutions. Your banking and finance knowledge will be crucial in enhancing the effectiveness of these IT systems. Furthermore, your strong communication skills will enable you to manage projects effectively and act as a bridge between digital/technology teams and the business. Responsibilities: Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives related to financial technology. Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and develop appropriate technology solutions. Leverage your banking and finance knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of IT systems. Utilise your strong communication skills to facilitate effective project management. Act as a bridge between Digital/Technology teams and the Business, ensuring clear communication of requirements. Requirements: Strong knowledge of banking operations and IT systems. Minimum 15 years experience in an IT Business Partner role. Prior experience in a consulting firm is highly advantageous. Exceptional communication skills. Proven project management abilities. Experience acting as a liaison between digital/technology teams and the business.
