Job Description : OPERATIONS MANAGER ZIMBABWE with a strong financial acumen, business strategy expertise, and experience in retail, wholesale, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing business processes, and driving efficiency to support the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability. Oversee supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control to ensure seamless business operations. Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial planning to drive operational efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements. Lead cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and streamline workflows. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards. Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives. Oversee procurement and vendor relationships to optimize cost and quality. Implement and improve operational policies and procedures. Support senior management in strategic decision-making and long-term planning. Key Skills Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Proven business strategy expertise with the ability to drive efficiency and profitability. Excellent leadership and people management skills to motivate teams. Proficiency in ERP systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. 5+ years of experience in an operational leadership role, preferably within retail, wholesale, or manufacturing industries. Experience in financial management, business strategy, and supply chain operations. Strong track record of driving efficiency, cost savings, and business growth. Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
