Job Description Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company's presence in the Oil & Gas industry. Identify and engage key decision-makers within major energy companies to drive business opportunities. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and positioning tailored digital solutions. Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, and technical teams) to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in sales strategies. Achieve and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the company's overall growth in the Oil & Gas sector. The Successful Applicant 10+ years of experience in B2B sales within the Oil & Gas sector, preferably selling industrial products or solutions to major energy companies. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing key accounts in the Oil & Gas industry. Strong network of decision-makers, procurement teams, and engineering professionals within Oil & Gas operators, EPCs, and service providers. Experience in selling technical or engineered products used in upstream, midstream, or downstream operations. Deep understanding of industry regulations, procurement processes, and supply chain dynamics in the Oil & Gas sector. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to lead complex sales cycles, from prospecting to contract negotiation and post-sales support.
