Job Description : GM Sales – North (Based in Gurugram) INDIA An Airline is looking for Senior Sales Professional for Cargo Operations • Identify and develop new business Areas & Avenues and sales strategies to increase market • Lead and drive team to achieve new business acquisition and Higher revenue • Must be expert in B2B Sales & Operations Lead team to build and maintain effective business relationship with customers, and ensure professional company image and quality customer service • Monitor individual team member’s performance and engage team by providing direction, while maintaining a hands-on approach with major customers • Experience of Handling Large Team is must (around 100 numbers) • MBA / BE with around 15 years experience in sales & marketing, with at least 3 years in people manager role, preferably in Cargo/logistics/ transportation industry / Telecom or multinational companies. Age around 40 years with excellent presentation skills, Good command of spoken and written English
