Job Description : PROJECT CONTROLS DIRECTOR – GCC Menasa and Partners have an urgent requirement for a highly experienced Project Controls Director for an esteemed Project Management Office (PMO) in the GCC. The role entails leading the planning and project control strategies for a multi-billion-dollar urban development project. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline. 20+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5+ years of experience at a director-level function. Proven track record of leading the design and implementation of PMO programs. Experience in project planning and scheduling, cost control, risk management, progress measurement, and reporting. Experience working on large-scale infrastructure/urban development projects is a plus. Professional accreditation/membership is a plus.
