Production Manager

Job Description : French-Speaking Production Manager Location: Madagascar new factory for processing Peppers, Pineapples and other vegetables. Plan to deliver high-quality products and maintaining a strong commitment to excellence. We are a dynamic and growing company with a brand new plant capable of processing 5 tons per hour of peppers, pineapples, and other vegetables. We also have our own tin manufacturing line and fields for raw material sourcing. Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced French-Speaking Production Manager to join our team. This role involves managing the production and supply of all consumables, except vegetables, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output. Responsibilities: - Oversee the production process, from raw materials to finished products in tins. - Manage and coordinate the supply chain for all consumables (excluding vegetables). - Supervise a team of around 50 employees, with numbers increasing up to 900 during the decoring process. - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - Maintain efficient and effective communication with the team, including French-speaking employees and stakeholders. - Collaborate with other departments to optimize production and address any issues that arise. **Requirements:** - Proven experience in production management, preferably in the food industry. - Fluent in French, with excellent communication skills in both French and English. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of safety and quality regulations. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company. - Supportive and collaborative work environment. - Career growth and development opportunities.
