Operations Manager

Job Description : Molding Operations Manager for a leading plastic manufacturing company in Africa. *Job Summary:* We are looking for experienced Indian candidates in post molding operations, responsible for overseeing the process from post-molding activities to delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities in English, and a solid understanding of ERP systems. This will be a bachelor status position with all expat benefits. *Requirements* - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. - Proven experience in post molding operations within the plastic manufacturing industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). - Proficient in ERP systems and knowledge of manufacturing processes. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
