Job Description : General Manager / Business Unit Manager ???? , a leading player in the printing, paper, and packaging industry, for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join their team in East Africa. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, production, procurement, and R&D. Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and profitability. Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment. Ensure product quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 20+ years experience with at least 5-7 years of leadership experience in the printing, paper, or packaging industry. Strong knowledge of operational processes, financial management, and strategic planning. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Africa is preferred.
