Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : FO EAST AFRICA a rapidly growing business house with significant operations across Africa and the Middle East, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Group Financial Controller to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving financial stability and growth across diverse sectors, including Textiles, Paper Printing, Real Estate, Agro-business, and more. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the Group’s objectives. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Manage cost control, capital allocation, and risk mitigation. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws. Oversee cash flow management and financial audits. Mentor and lead finance teams, fostering a culture of excellence. Qualifications: CA Degree (ICWA preferred). 18+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in manufacturing (Textile, Paper, or Printing industries). Proficiency in SAP ERP (FICO module is a must). Strong financial analysis, reporting, and modeling skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities. Experience in Africa is a plus. Fluency in English. Preferred Skills: Strategic thinking and problem-solving. Experience managing bank facilities, loans, and multi-currency transactions.
