Job Description : Country Head ???????????????????????????????????? - Romania , Europe ???????????????????????????????????? - Recycling & Manufacturing - TYRE ???????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????: - Experience : 15 Years - Industry Preference : Tyre/Steel/Metal/Recycling ???????????? ???????????????????? & ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????: - Ensure plant operations run safely, efficiently, and meet quality standards. - Set and achieve business goals aligned with corporate vision and objectives. - Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize performance. - Manage and motivate teams to ensure result-oriented collaboration. - Oversee financial and operational performance of overseas centers. - Develop business plans and secure management approval for new initiatives. - Conduct market surveys and support new product development. - Identify opportunities for business growth, capacity expansion, and diversification. - Liaise with government authorities and local leaders to maintain positive relationships. - Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with relevant regulations. - Monitor and manage resource requirements, costs, and raw material procurement. - Set and pursue monthly performance targets for centers.
