Job Description : Head - Manufacturing Operations –Formulations-Southern India Mnaging Multi -Locations Forfulations Units Key Responsibilities Manage Multiple Operations with a Passion to Drive Change & Implement Business Strategy of the Organisation Design , Develop & lead Long Term Strategy on Manufacturing Excellence , Deliver Quality Products & On Time Delivery of Finished Goods to the Customers Develop & Implement Uniform Procedures, Systems, & Operational Practices Across All Sites to Ensure Consistency & Regulatory Compliance. Evaluate & Integrate New Technologies, Processes, & Systems to Improve Manufacturing Efficiency & Product Quality Act as the Key interface between QA, QC, Engineering, WH, Purchase, R&D, & Other Departments to ensure Seamless integration of Processes & Timely Availability of RM/PM & Production Aids. Stay Updated on industry Trends, Regulatory Changes, & Technological Advancements to Keep Operations Competitive. Ensure Manufacturing, Packaging, & Testing Activities are Executed Per cGMP Standards & Current Regulatory Requirements. Ensure Compliance With Workplace Safety Protocols, Promoting a Culture of Safety Awareness & Adherence. Ensure that All Operations Comply with Social Accountability Standards by Fostering Ethical Practices & a Safe Working Environment for All Employees & Contractors.: Define, Monitor, & Report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Production Quality, & Compliance, Driving Accountability & Transparency. Identify Potential Operational Risks & Develop Mitigation Plans to ensure Uninterrupted Production & Compliance. Stay Updated on Industry Trends, Regulatory Changes, & Technological Advancements to Keep Operations Competitive. Ensure All Sites Meet Statutory Requirements, Maintaining Regular Communication with local Regulatory Bodies. The Candidate Should be B. Pharma/M.Pharma with About 25 years of Exp. in Managing Mutiple Formulation Plants with large Workforce
