Project Manager

Job Description : EPIC Project Managers (Oil & Gas and/or Thermal/Nuclear power projects) Role Description This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role located in Gurugram at DRAIPL - Energy division. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting project timelines, managing engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and handing over of large projects in Oil & Gas, Thermal and Nuclear power projects by implementing project management strategies on a day-to-day basis. Essential Requirements Graduate Engineer (Mechanical) from reputed institute with minimum 20 years' experience. PMP certification would be preferential and not essential. Proven track record in managing large EPC project in Oil & Gas and/or Thermal/Nuclear power sector Proven track record in maintaining EHS and Quality standards in the project Strong organizational and communication (verbal & written) skills Strong understanding of Contractual terms & conditions Leadership and team building Strong understanding and management of Engineering, procurement and construction, commissioning and closure phases Claim management Project Budget, Cost control and Cash flow management Review / coordination meeting with cross functional teams and contractors/suppliers and fixing target for completion of the tasks. Risk & Opportunity management MIS for higher management
