You will be responsible for leading key operational teams, collaborating with senior leadership to align strategies with broader business goals, and spearheading development plans. Your role will also involve overseeing special projects assigned by senior leadership, guiding the SAP lead and team to ensure efficient resource utilization, and providing coaching and mentorship to your team. Lead and provide direction for Manufacturing Operations, Engineering & Maintenance, and Operational Excellence teams. Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with broader business goals. Spearhead the development of medium- and long-term plans to support the expansion and sustainability of manufacturing operations. Oversee special projects as assigned by senior leadership. Guide the SAP lead and team to ensure efficient resource utilization. Provide coaching and mentorship to the team. With a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 15 years of professional experience within a manufacturing setting, you are well-equipped to handle the challenges this role presents. Your certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt demonstrates your commitment to continuous improvement. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to present complex information clearly, while your strong interpersonal abilities allow you to build relationships across departments. Lastly, your proven analytical skills will be invaluable in utilizing data-driven methods for problem-solving. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specializing in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Management disciplines. At least 15 years of professional experience within a manufacturing setting. Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal abilities. Proven analytical skills.
