You'll lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing strategies, strengthening brand awareness and tailoring strategies for local market expansion. Your expertise will be crucial in managing product marketing, media, PR and KOL initiatives, ensuring that campaigns are impactful and aligned with business goals. A key part of your role will be driving digital transformation, leveraging tools to enhance digital marketing capabilities and optimizing full funnel management. You'll also establish and monitor key marketing KPIs and KPDs, using data analytics to derive actionable insights. Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies Strengthen brand awareness and create tailored strategies for local market expansion Manage Product Marketing, Media, PR and KOL initiatives Ensure campaigns are impactful in each respective markets and align with business goals Drive digital transformation by leveraging tools to enhance digital marketing capabilities Optimize full Funnel Management Establish and monitor key marketing KPIs and KPDs using data analytics What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Regional Marketing Group Head (Automotive) role brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. With a Bachelor's degree as a minimum requirement (though a Master's degree would be a bonus), you should have over 20 years of robust marketing experience with a focus on regional operations within the Asia Pacific Region. Your 10+ years of proven leadership experience in the automotive industry will be invaluable as you navigate through regional marketing campaigns and brand strategies. Your expertise in strategic planning, brand management, digital marketing and PR will be essential for success in this role. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities are also required. Above all else, excellent communication and collaboration skills are needed to thrive in our multicultural environment. Bachelor's degree in any field, Master's degree is a plus 20+ years of strong marketing experience with a focus on regional operations within the Asia Pacific Region 10+ years of proven leadership experience in the automotive industry Expertise in strategic planning, brand management, digital marketing and PR Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment
